US Park Pass — Shipping Policy
Fulfillment
- Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- No shipments on weekends or U.S. holidays.
- You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is ready to ship.
- FedEx orders placed before 12:00 PM ET (Mon–Fri): we make every effort to ship the same business day.

Delays & What To Do

Address Changes
- Before shipment: Email support@usparkpass.com to update the address.
- After shipment (USPS): Address changes are not possible.
- After shipment (FedEx/DHL): You may be able to request a carrier intercept/redirect directly with the carrier using your tracking number.
If Your Order Returns as Undeliverable
- We will issue a refund for the value of the returned items once the order is received back at our facility.
- You’ll receive a refund confirmation email when processing is complete.
Pass Scans & Entry Notes
- Passes are physical cards only. Digital versions, screenshots, receipts, or order confirmations are not valid for entry.
- At park entrances, the pass holder must present the signed physical pass and a matching photo ID.

Shipping Delay / Order Not Received (Within the U.S.)Most standard U.S. orders ship via USPS and arrive within 2–5 business days. In rare cases, delivery can take up to 7–10 business days. Shipping Delay / Order Not Received (Outside the U.S.)International USPS orders usually arrive within 10–15 business days, though customs or missed scans can slow tracking updates. DHL Express typically arrives in 2–5 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days (USPS) or your express service window has passed (DHL/FedEx), contact us. Can I change my shipping address?If your order hasn’t shipped, email support@usparkpass.com and we’ll update it. After shipment: USPS addresses cannot be changed; FedEx/DHL may allow an intercept/redirect via the carrier. See Address Changes.
My USPS tracking hasn’t updated—what should I do?USPS sometimes misses scans while the package is in transit. This does not necessarily mean the order hasn’t moved. If there’s no update after 10 business days (U.S.) or 15 business days (International), contact us and we’ll investigate. See Delays & What To Do.
What if my order is returned to you?We’ll refund the value of the returned items after the package arrives at our facility and is processed. You’ll receive a refund confirmation email. See If Your Order Returns as Undeliverable.
Do I need the physical pass for entry?Yes. The physical pass must be signed and presented with matching photo ID at the entrance. Digital copies or receipts are not valid. See Pass Scans & Entry Notes.
