Unless otherwise noted, passes are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN.

Customers are responsible for customs fees, and any other charges associated with an international shipment. 

Whilst the Publishers will have used all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate, they shall not be liable for any loss, expense, damage or other inconvenience caused, in whole or part, by reliance upon such information and the user of the information does so at his own risk.

The US Park Pass website utilizes a US payment system, some overseas credit card operators may choose to apply a small additional charge to purchases made through this website. The publishers of US Park Pass website will not be responsible or liable for any of these charges should they occur.

Holders of the US Park Pass recognize and accept that they visit any recreational sites is voluntarily and entirely at their own risk. Your Annual Pass covers Entrance Fees or Standard Amenity Fees at sites managed by USDA FS, NPS, USFWS, BLM and Reclamation. The Annual Pass offered on this website is just one of several Pass options available.

If you are a U.S. citizen or permanent resident age 62 or older, or have a permanent disability, you may qualify for other passes. If you have questions, contact your local Federal recreation site, or visit the webpage Recreation.gov for more information.

The pass is valid for one full year from month of purchase. It provides entrance or access to Pass owner and accompanying passengers in a single, private, non-commercial vehicle at federally operated recreation sites across the country. Covers the Pass owner and three (3) accompanying adults age 16 and older at sites where per person entrance fees are charged. No entry fee for children 15 and under. Photo identification may be required to verify ownership.

Fees vary widely across the thousands of Federal Recreation sites. Please contact specific sites directly for information on what is or is not covered.

The Publishers are not in any way responsible for the conditions of the attractions or venues or third party acts or omissions at any Attraction, venue or service. 

Please Note: International customers outside of Canada and Australia are responsible for any customs fees or taxes required by your country.

In the event that a purchased pass is not received prior your departure to visit Federal Lands, due to a delay outside our posted fulfillment timelines or the delivery estimates of the common carrier, unsigned and unused passes can be returned for a refund of the pass price ($80). Refund amount does not include cost of shipping and handling or any additional fees. Refunds issued for any other reason are at the sole discretion of US Park Pass and will incur a fee of no less than $10 subtracted from your refund amount.
